) announced that its laser cartridge division has begun to ship its new "JUMBO" model 8000 laser printer toner cartridges, which will compliment their existing line of high capacity toner cartridges.

The company will also roll out a new leasing plan for laser printers using their proprietary high capacity cartridges. This plan has received overwhelming interest from small businesses, schools, libraries, and other businesses where cash management is critical to their operation. This program should increase net income over the projected $4.8 million, or $.35 per share, for just the laser cartridge division.

The company's CYBERCARD division has completed its beta testing (programming) beta testing - Testing a pre-release (potentially unreliable) version of a piece of software by making it available to selected users. This term derives from early 1960s terminology for product cycle checkpoints, first used at IBM but later standard throughout the  of its CYBERCARD technology, which uses a state of the art voice recognition and authentication (1) Verifying the integrity of a transmitted message. This technology will be ready for installation in the fourth quarter of 1996 and will add to the revenues and earnings of the cartridge division. The company has prepared a special plan to be offered to all of the regional telephone companies. A 10% market share will provide ADLP with approximately $50 million in revenue while providing its customers with a $200 million annual reduction in losses. This offering is for the regional telephone companies only and does not reflect revenues from credit card, calling card or ATM companies or any other authentication system requiring the use of PINs. The company expects to achieve a 55% pre-tax profit margin with the CYBERCARD.

The company is in negotiations with a Fortune 500 company for using CYBERCARD technology in its worldwide telecommunication system.
