PLEASANTON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 3, 2001

Advanced Interconnect Technologies Inc. (AIT), a global leader in semiconductor assembly and test services, today announced the appointment of Clyde R. Hosein as senior vice president, finance and administration and chief financial officer (CFO See Chief Financial Officer. ).

Hosein will report to Ralph Duceour, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  and president of AIT. His responsibilities will include managing the company's financial operations, as well as corporate finance, human resources, administration and information systems. Hosein will also play a key role in the company's strategic acquisitions and investor relations Investor relations
