Company Recognized by Automotive Electronics Leader for

Product Quality that Exceeds Customer Expectations

for the Second Consecutive Year

Advanced Interconnect Technologies (AIT) today announced that Delphi Electronics & Safety has again recognized the company for its flawless assembly of semiconductor packages used in critical automotive applications. Delphi presented the "2003 Excellence Award" to AIT in recognition of its dedication and commitment to supplying superior-quality products. Delphi's integrated systems and modules are designed to help simplify vehicle manufacturers' processes and meet the demands of today's high-tech vehicles.

"AIT continues to exceed our quality standards for critical automotive applications," said John Glass John Glas (October 5, 1695 - November 1773), was a Scottish clergyman.

He was born at Auchtermuchty, Fife, where his father was parish minister. He was educated at Kinclaven and the grammar school, Perth, graduated from the University of St Andrews in 1713, and completed his

(SOICs). AIT's SOICs, available in 8 to 28 lead counts, are designed for applications that require reduced size and are commonly used in electronic devices such as automotive systems See ITS, embedded system, drive-by-wire, adaptive cruise control, collision avoidance system, autonomous vehicle, heads-up display, DSRC, lane departure system, CAN bus, FlexRay and SYNC. . Other electronic devices that use SOICs include pagers, cordless phones A wireless telephone that transmits to and receives signals from a base station within a range of a few hundred feet. Cordless phones are for local use and cannot travel long distances as can cellphones and satellite phones.
