Advanced ID Corporation and Natural Fields Announce Joint Marketing Agreement for Argentina.

Advanced ID Corporation (OTCBB: AIDO), a pioneer in the radio frequency identification (RFID) market, today announced that it has executed a joint marketing agreement with Natural Fields S.A.

Natural Fields S.A. has agreed to distribute Advanced ID RFID products in Argentina. Formal distribution agreements are expected to be executed by both parties in December in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Natural Fields S.A. is an affiliate of one of the largest distributors of cattle feed and veterinary products in Argentina. Argentina is one of the largest exporters of cattle to Europe and the United States. As in many other countries, livestock identification has become a necessity to ensure positive trace back from birth to harvest.

Eva Englehardt, President of Natural Fields S.A. commented, "We have been searching for an effective solution for several months as the products currently available have not been reliable and do not have read/write capability. In addition, we have found the reading distance of Advanced ID's tags and scanners to be well above any other identification tags. Our needs are immediate as we have experienced a recent outbreak of foot and mouth disease that could decimate our export markets if a solution is not implemented quickly." Natural Fields and Advanced ID will commence testing in early December. Upon satisfactory test results, initial requirements for Argentina cattle are expected to be approximately one to two million RFID tags for the first year. Natural Fields is a major distributor throughout South America and has requested the distribution rights for Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay who have also acknowledged their desire to implement a livestock identification system. Natural Fields has indicated their intent to conduct testing in Paraguay, Brazil and Uruguay with initial requirements estimated to be approximately 700,000 tags for the first year.

Natural Fields will also be testing Advanced ID's container tags for the purpose of implementing a tracking system for agricultural storage containers used to transport fruit and vegetables. Initial estimates require approximately 1,000,000 identification tags plus scanners for this program. Mrs. Englehardt stated, "Advanced ID's tag is perfect for this application which is expected to minimize or eliminate our errors and losses resulting from our current, manual system."
