This will be corrected as soon as the Company is able to recover certain books and records from two former consultants with the Company. Such records were promised several weeks ago and have been partially delivered. The Company is conferring with its auditor on a means to regain compliance. The balance of the information needed for the filing is ready and will be filed shortly.
