Advanced Health Corporation (Nasdaq: ADVH) today announced the signing of a contract to merge two physician groups in northern New Jersey. The two physician groups are Millennium Medical, P.A., and Genesis Medical, P.C p.c. (post cibum),
n a Latin phrase meaning “after meals”; the abbreviation may be used in prescription writing.

Millennium Medical, a practice managed by Advanced Health since September September: see month.  1996, is based in Union County, New Jersey Union County is a county located in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2000 Census, the population is 522,541. It is part of the New York Metropolitan Area. Its county seat is Elizabeth6. , and is a primary care-based multispecialty group comprised of 10 physicians. Advanced Health has been providing Millennium with a full range of integrated management services and clinical information systems.

Genesis Medical, based in Cranford, New Jersey Cranford is a township in Union County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the township population was 22,578. Cranford Township folds from the banks of the meandering Rahway pond and has been dubbed the "Venice of New Jersey". , is a primary care-driven group comprised of 13 physicians. The merger will create a 23-doctor, fully integrated group with multiple care centers in the community. Advanced Health will provide full practice management services and information systems to the merged entity.
