Notes: The expiration date for all listed stock options in the U.S. of its class "B" warrants to Dec. 4, 1997. The class "B" warrants were scheduled to expire on Dec. 4, 1996. Presently there is an outstanding total of 400,000 "B" warrants which were included in the units sold in the company's public offering pursuant to a prospectus dated June 4, 1991. The current exercise price is $10.00 for one share of AVF. The new expiration date for the "B" warrants is 5:00 p.m., Mountain Time, on Dec. 4, 1997. To date, no "B" warrants have been exercised.
