As announced on February 14, 2006, the Fund has entered into a support agreement with Aikawa, pursuant to which Aikawa will, through a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

In other words, the parent company owns the company outright and there are no minority owners.

The DRIP was put in place on April 2, 2003 after Advanced Fiber Technologies (AFT) Income Fund and Computershare Trust Company of Canada had entered into a distribution reinvestment plan services agreement.
