were reduced to $782,555 in 1995 from $992,517 in 1994.

With the write-down of the plastics reclamation equipment, the Company has exited its outside plastics business, thereby focusing substantially all of that facility's capacity towards acting as a source of supply for the composites division. Additionally, the Company has traded equipment from its plastics reclamation division for additional composites manufacturing equipment to further increase the capacity of the Junction facility.

The Company intends to further increase sales capacity and improve efficiencies of the composites division and by eliminating substantially all outside plastics sales, expects to further reduce the costs of operation and overhead associated with the Rogers facility.
