Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies Inc.'s Junction, Texas, composites manufacturing plant is running at 50 percent capacity after being shut down because of a fire on March 28. The plant will increase to 65 percent capacity within several weeks as additional equipment comes online. The plant makes ChoiceDek decking material for Weyerhaeuser Co. The Springdale company has recalled 70 workers at the plant.
