For the nine-months ended September 30, 1994, the Company reported sales of $2,725,016 which represents a 60% increase in sales from the nine-months ended September 30, 1993. This increase in sales in addition to an extraordinary gain of $879,373 previously reported for the first quarter of 1994 has resulted in a reduction in the net loss for the nine-month periods from $2,836,662, or $.26 per share, in 1993 to $1,531,839, or $.11 per share, in 1994.
