We've made some management changes just recently and promoted some key people into senior positions, so we have the internal structure in place now to support the company's next phase of growth." Looking forward, Beck states, "We want to continue our growth rate to be somewhere in the 35%-45% compounded annual growth region, which is what we've done historically. So we want to do continue that track record through organic growth and through acquisitions as I mentioned. In 1996, we had said we wanted to be a $1 billion company in revenue terms in 2006. That number has increased, although we haven't discussed it publicly. Now with the recent acquisitions, we have increased our total available markets, so that by 2006 our total available market will be in excess of $5 billion."
