) today announced that management leadership from throughout the Midwest completed an intense three-day DesignShop(TM) last week sponsored by the consulting firm Ernst & Young LLP to accelerate the implementation of its facilities based operating model.

After intense planning and review of where the company is and envisions itself in the future, the team identified the following key elements which will be addressed in the final planning document: integration of operating units, employee communications, operations support system implementation, network design and organizational design.

The planning session was developed to enable organizations to leverage expertise in new ways in service to their clients. According to consultants Larry Kaye and Leslie Hamilton, the program utilizes innovative work processes linked to technology, work environment and solution objects for rapid design, prototyping and implementation.
