Advanced Clinical Software to Debut StudyManager(TM) Sponsor Edition at This Year's Clinical Trials Congress.

SEATTLE -- Advanced Clinical Software, Inc. (ACS) announced today that it will debut its new clinical trial management solution, StudyManager SE (Sponsor Edition), at this year's Clinical Trials Congress in Las Vegas, NV (Booth 402). StudyManager SE is designed for clinical trial sponsors, including pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, BioTechs, and contract research organizations (CROs). It is designed to complement the world's most widely used suite of clinical trial management products for research providers, which includes StudyManager CTMS, EDC, and IRB.

StudyManager SE is significant because it fills an overlooked niche in the industry by offering middle-tier research sponsors and CROs an affordable, robust trial management platform. By providing clinical data collection, study management, and real-time interaction among study administrators, study monitors, and site users in one package, StudyManager SE will improve overall performance by expediting operations and reducing costs.

Historically, many of the benefits offered by StudyManager SE were limited to top-tier pharmaceutical companies and CROs having the resources to purchase high-priced CTMS and EDC programs. In creating StudyManager SE, ACS has substantially lowered the price point, enabling many more research organizations to achieve greater success. The product announcement is also a strategic move by ACS into the sponsor side of research after having established itself as the dominant player among research providers such as health systems, academic medical centers and research sites.
