Huston will no longer be involved with company operations. Yacoub said he and Compass Equity Group had purchased Huston's share of the company. The value of the transaction was not disclosed, but Yacoub expects Advanced Circuits to have 2005 revenue of $42 million. Yacoub stressed that customers would not notice any disruptions in their relationships with the company. "There will be no change," said Yacoub. "I've been president for the past year and a half.
