, CO -- Advanced Circuits has a new leader. President John Yacoub became president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  in September September: see month.  when CEO Ron Huston sold his share of the company. Huston will no longer be involved with company operations.

Yacoub said he and Compass Equity Group had purchased Huston's share of the company. The value of the transaction was not disclosed, but Yacoub expects Advanced Circuits to have 2005 revenue of $42 million.

Yacoub stressed that customers would not notice any disruptions in their relationships with the company.

"There will be no change," said Yacoub. "I've been president for the past year and a half. I've been the one--along with the other VPs--running the company for the past few years."
