Advanced Cell Technology revails in cloning patent dispute.


Advanced Cell Technology, Inc. (Worcester, MA) said judgment has been awarded in its favor in a patent interference with Infigen, Inc. (Deforest, WI) involving three key animal patents exclusively licensed by ACT from the University of Massachusetts The system includes UMass Amherst, UMass Boston, UMass Dartmouth (affiliated with Cape Cod Community College), UMass Lowell, and the UMass Medical School.
