:ABSH) announced today that James E. Stark has rejoined the company as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Stark originally joined ABS in September 1999 as Corporate Controller and was promoted to President and Chief Financial Officer in January 2000 and served in that capacity until his resignation in June of that year. Prior to rejoining ABS, Mr. Stark served as an independent consultant for start-up and high-tech companies in the Midwest region of the United States.

Mr. Stark brings over 14 years of corporate finance and business experience to ABS having served in management positions with America West Airlines America West Airlines was one of the United States' ten major airlines. The airline was based in Tempe, Arizona, and is now a part of US Airways Group.

At the time of its integration into US Airways, the airline maintained two hubs, one at Phoenix Sky Harbor International
