Advanced Business Sciences Changing its Name to iSecureTrac Corp.

OMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 15, 2001

Advanced Business Sciences, Inc. (OTCBB:ABSH) announced today that it is changing its name to iSecureTrac(TM) Corp., subject to shareholder approval. "The board of directors believes that a name change to iSecureTrac Corp more accurately reflects the company's business strategy and its new products, and will give the Company a clearer identity with customers for its tracking products," said Michael May, Chairman.

The new name is one result of the Company's refinement of its business model. iSecureTrac Corp develops and sells tracking products that integrate the technologies of Global Positioning Systems (GPS), wireless communications, and web-centric information services for use in tracking people, assets, vehicles and other belongings. The Company has developed a small, wearable Portable Tracking Unit for use in monitoring offenders in the Criminal Justice market, and is also targeting the Asset and Vehicle Locator market for its products and information services.

Using a standard Web browser and Internet connection, the iSecureTrack(TM) platform is being offered as an Application Service Provider (ASP) service. It will allow customers to communicate with and retrieve information from the remote tracking units, and provide access for them to all necessary monitoring, administration and reporting capabilities over a secure web connection. The Company intends to begin production of the series 2100 tracking units in August 2001. This product changeover will allow customers' greater flexibility, ease of use and reduced operating costs as compared to current Company and competitive offerings.
