Advanced Business Sciences, Inc. Announces the Engagement of Genesis Capital Partners.


OMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 21, 1998--Advanced Business Sciences, Inc. (OTC:ABSH) ("ABS"), an Omaha, Nebraska-based technology company that provides real-time monitoring and tracking of adults and juveniles released from incarceration incarceration /in·car·cer·a·tion/ (in-kahr?ser-a´shun) unnatural retention or confinement of a part. as a criminal justice rehabilitative alternative, has announced the engagement of Genesis Capital Partners as strategic and financial adviser in connection with the ABS's goal to raise approximately $9.0 to $12.0 million in equity in order to finance the internal growth of the Company. Genesis, an international Merchant Bank, with offices in New York and San Francisco, has worked on transactions with various companies throughout the world with a total value of approximately $50 billion.
