Advanced Business Sciences, Inc. Announces New President and Reorganization of the Company.

OMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 11, 1999--Advanced Business Sciences, Inc. (OTC:ABSH) ("ABS"), an Omaha based service company announced today that it has reorganized the Company's operating structure to better manage its increased scale and scope of operations.

Benjamin "Jack" Lamb has joined ABS as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining ABS, Mr. Lamb spent 10 years as President & CEO of INTECK Corporation, 14 years in various management positions at Harris Corporation, a Fortune 300 Technology company, and 14 years within the defense industry. He brings a proven track record for taking projects from concept through funding, to development, production and sales in rapid-growth technology markets.

Roger Kanne has stepped down as President to allow more time to manage his other business interests. Mr. Kanne remains as Treasurer and a director in the Company.

Rob Rasmussen, Chief Operating Officer, has moved into the newly created Business Development and Investor Relations Group and will focus on evaluating companies for possible acquisition. The duties of Chief Operating Officer will be assumed by Mr. Lamb.
