Advanced Bodymetrics Corp. (NQB NQB National Quotation Bureau, Inc (now Pink Sheets) :ZABC) and Canyon Mountain Entertainment Group Monday Monday: see week.  announced that they have signed a definitive agreement which merges the two companies and finalizes and completes the stock acquisition agreement announced Aug. 16, 2001, in principle.

The company is now in a position to enhance the board of directors and management team, and to complete a revised business plan with a near-term goal of developing further Advanced Bodymetrics' business opportunities.
