(OTCBB: ABPH)(Frankfurt/FSE: YP2), a developer of next-generation medical imaging applications using advanced infrared technology, announced today that it will feature its lead product, the BioScanIR(R) medical imaging system, in several "digital poster" sessions during the prestigious conference of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, Oct. 10-13, in Boston, Massachusetts.

Advanced BioPhotonics will showcase the system's novel, noninvasive scanning technology, which is based on advanced NASA-developed infrared technology and quantum-well infrared-photo detectors (QWIP). The BioScanIR(R) is designed for broad diagnostic and disease management purposes, including during neurosurgery, according to CEO Denis O'Connor.
