Advance transaction provides office space for Pool Supplies.


Advance Realty Group announced a 51,360 s/f lease renewal by South Central Pool Supply, Inc. at MiddleBrook Crossroads at 6E Easy St. in Bridgewater, N.J.

Mike McDonough, of The Garibaldi Group/CORFAC International, represented Advance Realty Group in the transaction, while South Central Pool Supply, Inc. was represented by Mindy Lissner, of CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2. .
