 Group ended 2007 with a performance that resulted in 311,038 s/f of consummated lease transactions, increasing overall occupancy to 94.20% at its New Jersey and Washington, D.C., region portfolio of office buildings.

The company also made significant progress on more than 500,000 square feet of development projects, high-lighted by the groundbreaking of the Morris County, N.J.-based Picatinny Applied Research Campus, a planned 1.1 million-square-foot development.

Phase I, which broke ground in September of 2007, includes 100,000 s/f of office/flex space within the boundaries of the base's high security enclosure (Picatinny's "downtown area").

Phase II includes one million square feet of office space to be developed just outside of the base's high security area.

Additional progress in Advance's more than $1 billion development pipeline was the completed renovation of the 320,000 s/f Advance @ Southgate office building in Morris Township There are several places named Morris Township in the United States:

Phase I of the Harrison MetroCentre transit village A transit village is a planned development around a transportation hub, such as a train station, with the intent to make it convenient for village dwellers to get to/from work or run errands and travel via a public transportation network.  will include retail space, a cinema and fitness center, a 350-room hotel, office space, and residential units.
