In 2003, Advance received tenant satisfaction scores that were among the highest in the nation. Customers, tenants and clients rated their property management companies on a scale of 1-10 in each of the eight criteria. In order to win its category, a company had to achieve a qualifying percentage of survey responses and the highest score in its respective level.
