Condolon has joined the company as vice president of development in its Development Division. In his new role, Condolon will be responsible for managing the development of Advance's Harrison MetroCentre. Condolon will direct all development activities for Harrison MetroCentre from the planning and architectural stages through to building and completion. He will also oversee the general contractors and various subcontractors utilized on the redevelopment project. Prior to joining, Condolon was project executive for Kettler (formerly KSI KSI Killed or Seriously Injured (UK road safety statisitcs) KSI Knattspyrnusamband Íslands (football association of Iceland) KSI Kips Per Square Inch (engineering) Services, Inc.).
