PowerShield2 supports Windows 95/98/Me/NT 4/2000, Novell Netware, IBM OS/2, later Mac OS versions and UNIX UNIX Operating system for digital computers, developed by Ken Thompson of Bell Laboratories in 1969. It was initially designed for a single user (the name was a pun on the earlier operating system Multics). . It is compatible with almost all of the UPS devices from Advance Galatrek.
