 retailer of parts, batteries, accessories, and maintenance items, today announced that Fiona Dias, Executive Vice President, Partner Strategy and Marketing for GSI Commerce GSI Commerce is an ecommerce company specializing in running online shopping sites for brick and mortar companies that wish to have an online presence. It contracts with companies such as Zales,[2] iRobot,[3] Hershey's, Palm Inc. , Inc. a provider of e-commerce and interactive marketing services, has been elected to its Board of Directors. Ms. Dias has also been appointed to serve on the Finance Committee for the Board of Directors.

Ms. Dias has been in her current role with GSI Commerce, Inc. since 2007. Ms. Dias served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Circuit City Stores, Inc., a specialty retailer of consumer electronics and as President, Circuit City Direct from March 2003 to April 2005 and Senior Vice President, Marketing from November 2000 to March 2003. Prior to 2000, Ms. Dias held senior marketing positions with PepsiCo, Inc., Pennzoil-Quaker State Company, and The Procter & Gamble Company. Ms. Dias serves as a Director of Choice Hotels, Inc.
