AdvanTech Solutions Hires Jeniece Carter as Senior Vice President, Channel Distribution.

TAMPA, Fla. -- Today AdvanTech Solutions(R), the nation's premier provider of integrated human resource solutions for businesses, announced it has hired Jeniece Carter, one of the industry's leading executives with 12 years of experience at several leading professional employer organization companies, to the position of Senior Vice President, Channel Distribution. In this role, Ms. Carter will focus on building out the company's distribution system as well as developing new strategic third-party relationships. Ms. Carter will also focus on enhancing current product functionality while introducing new products and solutions to the AdvanTech B2B and B2C portfolio.

Prior to AdvanTech, Ms. Carter was National Director of Sales for EPIX. In this role, she was responsible for all sales revenue consisting of a national direct sales team and all channel distribution arms of sales. For four years, Ms. Carter served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for TeamStaff. While in this position, she was responsible for sales, strategic channel management, and product development.

Prior to TeamStaff, Ms. Carter was District Sales Manager for Paychex, one of the largest payroll processing companies in the nation. In this role, she managed sales within the Florida market for both the Professional Employer Organization "PEO" and Administrative Services Outsourcing "ASO" unit.
