Adult Superstar Tera Patrick Signs with Adult Industry Giant Private Media Group for International Distribution of Her Films.

BARCELONA, Spain -- Private Media Group, Inc. (NASDAQ NM: PRVT) a worldwide leader in premium-quality adult entertainment products, services and Internet content, announced today the signing of an international distribution deal for the movies of adult superstar Tera Patrick and her production company, Teravision.

Under terms of the agreement between Private and Teravision, Inc., Private will market her films in all territories outside the United States.

In addition to the distribution of new movies starring Tera Patrick, the agreement also includes an international output deal for other Teravision films, which will be marketed under the Private brand and accompanied by major marketing campaigns. Ms. Patrick and Teravision were represented in the negotiations by Esquire Entertainment Group.
