Adtegrity.com Expands Executive Management Team, Naming James J. Barry as Vice President of Sales.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 4, 2000

Adtegrity.com, Inc (NQB Pink Sheets: ADTY), a successful network of popular, original content, entertainment websites, announced today that James Barry has joined Adtegrity.com's executive management team as Vice President of Sales.

Mr. Barry will lead Adtegrity.com's direct sales efforts, forming new relationships with online advertisers. He will be responsible for all aspects of sales, developing alternate sales channels, and helping establish new vertical markets. Mr. Barry will report directly to Scott Brew, President and CEO.

"I am very excited about the new perspective Jim will bring to the executive team," said Scott Brew. "This hiring rounds out the team, giving Adtegrity.com equal representation in sales, marketing, operations, network development, and business development."

This move will shift some duties for other executives. "Adtegrity.com's rapidly expanding business demands dedicated sales personnel, committed to creating and maintaining relationships with key advertisers," stated Jennifer Jurgens, VP of Business Development & Marketing, formerly in charge of the sales efforts.

Mr. Barry brings 9 years of sales and management experience, all in technology related fields. Jim's career has ranged from telecommunications sales, to entrepreneurial exploits in custom web development and hosting services, to managing Internet sales efforts for a regional CLEC. Mr. Barry demonstrates skills from every stage of sales, entry-level to executive. This also includes marketing, budget/profit and loss responsibility, product development, market analysis, sales strategy and compensation development.

Mr. Barry holds a Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University in Telecommunications. He is currently pursuing his MBA in Strategic Management from Davenport University in Grand Rapids, MI.
