(OTCBB:ADPR), announced today that on August 10, 2004 John Cammarano (President), Gary Hohman (Chief operating Officer) and Lee Wingeier (Chief Financial Officer) were elected as members of its board of directors. John P. Acunto, Jr. (Chief Executive Officer) continues to serve as a director. The election of Messrs. Cammarano, Hohman and Wingeier brings the number of directors to four.
