Adroit Consulting Presents Integrated Customer Management Model(TM) at University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business.


NORTHBROOK, Ill. -- Executives will describe operational approaches for leveraging resources and unifying sales, indirect sales channels, sales support, customer service and marketing.

Large or small, many U.S. businesses struggle with unifying and integrating departments to better serve customers and grow. Gone are the days of hiring more sales people and setting aggressive quotas to drive revenue.

On Wednesday, January 11, Adroit Consulting CEO Stan Martin and Partner Darci Moore will present a new operational model for driving revenue at the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business Sales Leaders' Roundtable.

Often however, change is far more complex than merely preaching the mantra mantra (măn`trə, mŭn–), in Hinduism and Buddhism, mystic words used in ritual and meditation. A mantra is believed to be the sound form of reality, having the power to bring into being the reality it represents. There are several types of mantras. Sanskrit verses used in the Vedic sacrifice are known as mantras. of 'focus on the customer.' The critical issue is addressing process disconnects and miscues that occur within and between departments both in the obvious customer facing organizations such as sales and service and the not-so-obvious back office support groups that impact the customer.
