Why we adopted a charity, As CTLA's executive director, I was tired of fielding phone calls from worthy charitable groups asking for money. CTLA staff and members find their work in support of Make-A-Wish to be incredibly rewarding. I urge all associations to adopt and work closely with charities. After all, associations constantly ask their members to volunteer their time. What better example can you set than to do so yourself?
