Adobe and Intertrust Enter Into Licensing Agreement.

, Calif. & SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- Adobe Systems Adobe Systems Incorporated (pronounced a-DOE-bee IPA: /əˈdoʊbiː/) (NASDAQ: ADBE) (LSE: ABS) is an American computer software company headquartered in San Jose, California, USA.  Incorporated and Intertrust Technologies InterTrust Technologies Corporation was founded by Victor Shear in 1990 to develop and market technologies for digital rights management (DRM). Its initial public offering (IPO) was in November 1999. It was purchased by Sony and Philips in November 2002.  Corporation today announced they have entered into a license agreement for content protection technology. Completed in May, this agreement further broadens Adobe's capabilities to support key business objectives in enterprise and consumer content protection.
