Yam will leverage his proven track record for enhancing an organization's capabilities through partnerships with hosted services providers, integrators, and technology providers to extend the value of AdmitOne Authentication Suite. In his role, Yam will build on the success of AdmitOne's partner program that includes Juniper Networks, First Data Corp., Fiserv CBS Worldwide and others. Yam will leverage his unique industry experience to drive a new wave of capabilities for AdmitOne's current and future customers, especially in the financial services industry.

Most recently, Yam was vice president of worldwide sales for Arcot Systems, Inc., a provider of secure e-payment, strong authentication, credential management, and digital signature software solutions. Yam has proven experience in identifying strategic business opportunities and bringing together partners to deliver solutions in financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and government. His efforts and leadership resulted in revenue growth that increased quarter over quarter.

Yam also served as vice president of sales and services at Questerra, provider of information technology and services to Global 2000 companies. As VP of Sales & Services at ValiCert, his efforts fueled revenue growth that led the company from a startup to a publicly traded $25M company. He has also held executive and sales management positions at Oracle, Informix, Accrue Software, ParcPlace Systems and NeXT.
