Admiral Bay Welcomes New Member To The Production Development Team.

DENVER -- - Gas Production at the Company's Cherokee Basin projects has totaled 180 MMcf

Admiral Bay Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ADB) is pleased to announce that it has hired Gary Charles, a petroleum engineer with over thirty years experience in the petroleum industry, specifically focused on shallow gas and coal bed methane. Mr. Charles has extensive experience as Operations Manager with Equitable Resources and Statoil Energy and their coal bed methane projects in the Appalachian Basin.

Mr. Charles will be directly responsible for operations at the Company's Kansas and Pennsylvania projects and will assist Rod Guice and Steven Tedesco in aggressively developing the existing assets and increasing production.

Stated Steve Tedesco, President of Admiral Bay, "Mr. Charles will be a good addition to our production development team. He is an oil & gas professional who has demonstrated that he is adept at improving efficiency and increasing sales volumes, without adding expense. We look forward to working with him".

The company is pleased to report that the total gas production to date, from all of its projects in the Cherokee Basin, in eastern Kansas, has totaled 180,084,000 cubic feet (180MMcf). The Shiloh project is the Company's most advanced project. In July 2005, a new tap into Southern Star's main pipeline and compression facility went into operation. This eliminated flow restriction into the pipeline, which marked the beginning of larger production at the project. Since that time, the Shiloh project has had gas production of 90,364,000 cubic feet (90.3 MMcf).

Admiral Bay is sad to report the resignation of Connie Knight, as Vice President of Exploration. Dr. Knight was offered the opportunity to start her own company with substantial financial backing that focuses on the Rocky Mountain Region of the U.S. We believe Dr. Knight contributed greatly to the success of the company and she will be missed. Admiral Bay will not replace her at this time as the Company is focused on exploitation of its existing assets and believes it is better served by employing personnel focused on development work. We wish Dr. Knight all the best in her endeavors.
