Admiral Bay Appoints Vice-President Of Engineering.

TORONTO -- Senior coal bed methane engineer to accelerate production

Admiral Bay Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ADB) announced today the hiring of William R. Guice as Vice-President of Engineering, Admiral Bay (USA) Inc., who will oversee completions, reservoir management and pipeline activities for its properties in the United States. Mr. Guice has extensive experience in coal bed methane in Wyoming and Kansas with Tipperary Oil & Gas Corporation and KLT Gas Inc. Mr. Guice has previous experience with conventional reservoirs with Ensign Oil & Gas, Snyder Oil Corporation and Chevron, USA. Mr. Guice has over 25 years experience in the drilling and completion of conventional and unconventional reservoirs both in the U.S. and in Russia for LUKoil - AIK.

Mr. Steven Tedesco, President of Admiral Bay (USA) Inc., stated, "We welcome Mr. Guice as he shall provide substantial engineering capabilities that will be critical to Admiral Bay as it begins an extensive drilling program." He continued, "Mr. Guice's role should rapidly increase our ability to bring wells on line".

Admiral Bay has drilled and/or re-activated 31 wells since March at four of its six projects in the U.S. The Company is currently producing gas from 10 wells and is expecting to have completions and infrastructure completed to bring the additional 21 wells on stream shortly. Admiral Bay's drilling program has now permitted 52 additional gas wells with drilling anticipated to begin in the first 10 days of November.
