Admiral Bay Announces Second Quarter Financial Results.

Starting with the iMac in 1998, the ADB was superseded by USB. ) announces that since March 2004 the Company has drilled, and/or re-activated, and completed 68 wells in the U.S.A. Admiral Bay is currently producing gas from 43 wells and is expecting to have completions and infrastructure in place to bring an additional 23 wells on stream shortly. Admiral Bay's drilling program has currently permitted a further 80 gas wells.

A total of $5.7 million cash was spent on exploration activities during the three months ended January 31, 2005, compared with $1.6 million during the quarter ended October 31, 2004. Of these expenditures, $5.2 million was applied to progress the mid-continent U.S.A. oil and gas projects that are now the Company's focus. The Company had working capital of $4.0 million on hand at January 31, 2005, compared with a working capital deficit of $1.9 million at October 31, 2004 and a working capital deficit of $1.7 million at July 31, 2004.

The Company recorded a net loss from operations of $6.3 million, or $0.20 per share in the three months ended January 31, 2005, compared $1.0 million, or $0.04 per share in the three months ended October 31 2004. The net loss from operations included book entries related to stock-based compensation, calculated using the Black-Scholes option pricing model option pricing model
