The second phase of its pipeline program has begun in conjunction with an independent company adjacent to Admiral Bay's property. This pipeline, which will be 12 miles long, will eventually connect to the Felt 16-12 and French 8-16 well. The construction of this line will take approximately 30 to 45 days to complete. The Shiloh Project is located in Townships 26, and 27 South, Ranges 17 East, in Allen Al·len , Edgar 1892-1943.

. The project also targets the coals of the Cherokee Group. All wells were drilled to less than 1,150 feet. The company has approximately 7,000 net acres under lease. Admiral Bay has completed testing of the coals from its first three wells in the project. Admiral Bay is presently rehabilitating several old wells and completing the new wells to produce from conventional gas zones. All of the wells are either being completed or have finished being completed and are making gas with minor amounts of oil. Admiral Bay is planning to drill an additional 20 wells in the Shiloh Project starting in early October, 2004, of which at least half will be strictly coalbed methane producers.

The Offenbacker 12-36 Well was drilled to the top of the Mississippian and the well was completed as a conventional oil and gas producer. Coal seam identification was based on cores and density-neutron logs. The following coals were cored and the gas desorption results are as follows:

The Riverton coal which to date has the highest gas content and is a major producing zone in projects drilled, completed and producing by other Operators adjacent to the Shiloh Project is present in all wells drilled and completed by the company. The other coals and shales are also present across the project area.

The industry has not developed an acceptable method for calculating gas reserves in place in a coal from desorption or adsorption adsorption, adhesion of the molecules of liquids, gases, and dissolved substances to the surfaces of solids, as opposed to absorption, in which the molecules actually enter the absorbing medium (see adhesion and cohesion).  data. Collecting of gas data, despite there being defined methods is generally inaccurate and misleading. However, Admiral Bay's data is similar to data being reported by other projects in southeastern Kansasthat have a history of production. The general assumption by the industry in southeastern Kansas and northeastern Oklahoma Oklahoma (ōkləhō`mə), state in SW United States. Over time, the coal bed methane industry in the Cherokee Basin has been able to improve on completions which have increased the gas productivity of a two foot coal seam. Admiral Bay is working with Operators to determine and utilize the best practices and maximize production. Other companies in the Cherokee Basin are Quest Petroleum, Dart dart
