The winning admin will trade places with OfficeClick.com president and CEO Jamie Rapperport, who will serve as the winner's admin that day. The `CEO for a Day' will receive a salary of $8,764 (the average daily salary of America's top CEOs) and an all-expense-paid trip to Silicon Valley.

In addition, the grand-prize winner and four runners-up will each receive $1,000 worth of computer equipment and an opportunity to serve on the OfficeClick.com advisory council, where they will share input on the OfficeClick.com from an admin's perspective.

Entries can be submitted by mail or online to www.officeclick.com through Feb. 29, 2000, and the winner will take the CEO position on Secretaries Day(R) in April 2000. A distinguished team of judges includes: -0-
