Adlink Announces Bob McCauley as New President; Broadcast Veteran Fills Top Spot at Nation's Leading Digital Interconnect.

Business Editors

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 23, 2002

The Adlink Board of Directors announced today that Bob McCauley has been chosen for the position of Adlink's new President. Based on the Board's previous decision, this restructured position will have the combined responsibilities of the recently departed President/CEO and Executive Vice President/General Manager. Mr. McCauley is expected to commence his new duties at Adlink within the next several weeks.

"The strength of Adlink's management team kept operations moving seamlessly through the transition period," remarked Tom Feige, Chairman of Adlink's Board of Directors. "Bob will now be the one to benefit from this efficiency as he leads Adlink into a new era of growth and profitability."

"Adlink is one of the top sales and marketing organizations in the cable advertising industry and I am excited to be joining such a dynamic company," said McCauley. "They have pioneered the digital platform for interconnects and created the first TV advertising segmentation products, Adtag(TM) and Adcopy(TM). I believe there is an enormous opportunity for Adlink to further increase their share of the $1.4 billion Los Angeles spot market. It will be an exciting challenge to build upon Adlink's impressive legacy and find new ways to provide Targeted TV(TM) to advertisers."

About the New President

Bob McCauley is a 16-year veteran of the broadcast and advertising industries, 13 of which he has spent in the Los Angeles market. He comes to Adlink from his position as Vice President/General Sales Manager at both KCOP-TV and KTTV-TV in Los Angeles. McCauley is one of the few GSMs in the country to have run the sales operations of two major market stations at once. Previously, McCauley served successively as KCOP's Local Sales Manager, National Sales Manager and General Sales Manager. He is a graduate of Colgate University and lives in Manhattan Beach with his wife and three children.
