Adlex(TM), Inc., a privately-held developer of real-time, service management solutions and GTSI(R) Corp (Nasdaq:GTSI), the most experienced and one of the largest dedicated business-to-government (B2G B2G - Business to Government) marketers of information technology solutions, today signed a strategic licensing agreement.

Under the terms of the agreement, GTSI will be offering Adlex's NetworkDelta Web(SM) service management solution on GTSI's NASA SEWP (Scientific Engineering and Workstation Procurement) and on the NIH ECS (Electronic Computer Store), two of the more popular GWACs (government wide acquisition contracts). The Network Delta Web service management solution will also be offered on several state and local government contracts as well. The NetworkDelta Web(SM) service management solution provides organizations with the insight to monitor end-to-end Internet applications and e-commerce site performance.

"We are pleased to be partnering with GTSI, who has long been considered the premier provider of IT solutions to the federal marketplace, offering a well-established sales, marketing, and service organization," said Tad Witkowicz, President and Chief Executive Officer of Adlex. "Our Internet-based service management solutions will provide the federal marketplace with the ability to monitor and manage their e-commerce sites and evaluate their customers' experience on their web site."

" GTSI is using Adlex's NetworkDelta Web(SM) internally to manage and monitor all of our web sites," said Mark Zelinger, Vice President of Vendor Relations and Product Marketing. "Using Adlex's services allows us to leverage our technical resources to continually improve our customers' Internet experience. Similarly, we expect government agencies that use Adlex's services will be able to leverage their technical resources for marked improvement of their customers' Internet experience."

NetworkDelta Web(SM) is the only trending and capacity planning measurement solution that collects all user traffic and provides accurate usage statistics for billing information. Web site managers receive a real-time view of the actual performance experienced by their customers, such as page download time, server and network delays, and affected locations. Managers can use these measurements to baseline a site or correct a problem before a customer experiences it. The Adlex service management solutions include all installation, configuration, and maintenance, allowing businesses to leverage their technical resources and maximize IT investments.
