Business Editors

BALTIMORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 6, 2004

Adler Display (www.AdlerDisplay.com), a local company in the national spotlight for excellence and innovation in visual communications, has put its signage and signature on the new Inner Harbor The Inner Harbor is a historic seaport, tourist attraction, and iconic landmark of the City of Baltimore, Maryland. The harbor itself is actually the end of the Northwest Branch of the Patapsco River and includes any water west of a line drawn between the National Aquarium in  Baltimore Visitor Center which opens tonight.

Ron Adler, president of the business started by his father in Baltimore in 1937, said attendees at the Center's grand opening will be greeted with the latest city and event information on displays created and installed by his company. The displays include two high-tech ticker tape Ticker Tape

Adler Display, he said, "worked hand-in-hand with the Baltimore Area Convention and Visitors Association (BACVA BACVA Baltimore Area Convention and Visitors Association ) on the display design and construction to ensure that together we are putting Baltimore's best foot forward.

"The idea," Adler said, "is to draw people visiting the Inner Harbor into the Visitor Center and then dazzle daz·zle

The ticker-tape displays at the North and South entrance vestibules of the Visitor Center provide visitors to the Inner Harbor with 24/7 information about events in and around Baltimore, and will attract them to come in to find out more, Adler said.

In addition to the ticker-tape, Adler Display also created traditional displays and multi-media digital exhibits for the interior of the new 8,000-square-foot Center, including:
