Adisoft Announces the Expense Submittal Appliance Installer.SAN LEANDRO, Calif. -- Adisoft, Inc. has released the Expense Submittal System(TM) (ESS) 3.1.6. ESS is a Web-based expense reporting system for corporate travelers and accounting departments.
