"Adify's take on ad networks - that the traditional one-size-fits-all approach no longer adequately meets the needs of sophisticated advertisers and publishers - will resonate with operators seeking to build niche or vertically-focused networks to meet specific market needs," Stuart said. "I'm excited to join Adify at this stage of its development and be able to leverage my experience at the IAB and identify new growth opportunities, while helping drive this new concept towards mainstream adoption."

At the recent Web 2.0 Summit in San Francisco, Adify introduced a new Build Your Own Network (BYON BYON Build Your Own Network

The foundation for Adify's BYON solution is an integrated suite of tools and services allowing network builders to promote and sell text, graphic and rich media advertising inventory across a custom-built network. Adify also provides key enabling services required to execute the transaction, including campaign management, tracking, reporting, billing and payment.

"Now more than ever, the online advertising industry is in a state of rapid change with publishers and advertisers seeking to leverage the technology, business model and creative innovations that have occurred in recent years," said Larry Braitman, co-founder and CEO of Adify. "Greg and the IAB have played a key role in helping shape many of these innovations and his deep expertise in the space will be valuable as we work with customers to introduce a new category of online ad networks."
