Adient Hires New Talent.

PARSIPPANY, N.J. -- Adient, a CommonHealth professional advertising and promotion agency, today announced four new hires.

Alyson Romanelli joins Adient as an account supervisor. In this position, Ms. Romanelli will supervise and drive the advertising plan for the year, manage the tactical brainstorming process, oversee finances and provide budget analyses for her assigned brands. Most recently, Ms. Romanelli was employed as a senior account executive at Cline, Davis & Mann, a professional healthcare agency in New York City.

Jim Lothrop comes to Adient as a senior art director. In this position, Mr. Lothrop will be responsible for concept development, implementation and management of art on his assigned brands. Prior to joining Adient, Mr. Lothrop free-lanced as an art director and ran a motion graphics and video company.

Brian Conway joins Adient as an account executive. Mr. Conway will manage the daily activities of his assigned accounts, ensure the successful implementation of the brands' marketing initiatives and maintain client relations. Previously Mr. Conway was employed at Torre Lazur McCann, in Parsippany, as an assistant account executive.

Katherine Cooney comes to Adient as a traffic coordinator. In this position, Ms. Cooney will move jobs through the agency by effectively tracking the stage and location of each project. Additionally, she will ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Ms. Cooney graduated from Marist College in 2005 with a degree in studio art/graphic design.
