Adero also acquired A Wealth of Wisdom Legendary African American African American Multiculture A person having origins in any of the black racial groups of Africa. See Race.  Elders Speak edited by Dr. Camille O. Cosby and Renee Poussaint for publication in fall 2003. Cosby and Poussaint are founders of the National Visionary Leadership Project, whose mission is "To ensure that the wisdom of our country's extraordinary African American elders is preserved by and passed on to young people who will lead us tomorrow."

The book is an outgrowth of the project and will include three-to-five-page narratives of learning key life lessons from 30 elders and visionaries. Also, 24 other one-page profiles of regional leaders will be included. To be chosen, subjects had to be national leaders at least seventy years of age.
