Adera raises 427 million SEK in secondary offering.

STOCKHOLM, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 20, 2000

The board of directors in Adera AB decided, in a meeting on the 19th of March 2000, to issue 2.500.000 shares, series B. The shares have been issued to large Swedish and foreign institutional investors Foreign Institutional Investor (FII) is used to denote an investor - mostly of the form of an institution or entity, which invests money in the financial markets of a country different from the one where in the institution or entity was originally incorporated. . Shares issued to foreign institutional investors represents two thirds of the total number of issued shares. The share price, 171 SEK/share have been set through a book-building procedure. The offering raises 427,5 million SEK SEK
