Adera buys the Swedish IT company, ITage AB.

STOCKHOLM, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 17, 2000

With its purchase of the systems integrator ITage, a consultancy company working in eBusiness and Knowledge Management, Adera is focusing even more on supplying solutions with third parties' products.

ITage has established collaborations with companies such as Abalon, Cognos, IFS and Nocom, making it an established supplier of comprehensive solutions in the fields of eBusiness and Knowledge Management for large and medium-sized European companies It may never be fully completed or, depending on its its nature, it may be that it can never be completed. However, new and revised entries in the list are always welcome.

The 34 MSEK purchase price is being paid with Adera B-shares and this means that Adera, as a group, now have 475 employees in eight countries.
